Grizz Gaming acquires Jordan ‘Jmoney’ Martinez in trade with Gen.G Tigers

Memphis, Tenn. — Grizz Gaming, the NBA 2K League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, today announced the team has acquired guard JMoney (Jordan Martinez) from the Gen.G Tigers of Shanghai in exchange for their own First Round pick in the 2022 NBA 2K League Draft.

JMoney appeared in 27 games for Gen.G last season and averaged a team-high 22.3 points and 11.1 assists while shooting 53.2% from the field and 45.7% from 3-point range.

JMoney joins protected players AuthenticAfrican (Meyhar Ahmed-Hassan), Spartxn (Josh McHatten) and Vandi (Zach Vandivier) on the Grizz Gaming roster. The deadline for teams to protect players is Friday, Nov. 26.
