Grizz Gaming acquires two first round picks and one second round pick in three-team trade with Blazer5 Gaming and Nets GC

Grizz Gaming, the NBA 2K League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, today announced the team has acquired a 2021 first round pick and 2021 second round pick from Blazer5 Gaming, as well as a 2021 first round pick from Nets GC in the NBA 2K League’s first-ever three-team trade. In exchange, the team sent G O O F Y 7 5 7 (Dayvon Curry) to Blazer5 Gaming, as well as a 2021 second round pick and 2021 third round pick to Nets GC.

G O O F Y 7 5 7 finished his third season overall and first as a member of Grizz Gaming with averages of 11.7 points, 12.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.9 blocks while shooting 64.9 percent from the field. Curry finished seventh in the league with 522 total rebounds and ninth in rebounds per game in the 2020 season.

Grizz Gaming now owns picks 14, 16, 32 and 39 in the 2021 NBA 2K League Draft. Grizz Gaming retained AuthenticAfrican (Meyhar Ahmed-Hassan) and Vandi (Zach Vandivier) following season three, and they remain on the roster.
