Grizz Gaming falls to Celtics Crossover Gaming in Week 6

Grizz Gaming couldn’t convert last week’s win into a winning streak, losing to Celtics Crossover Gaming 87-73 in Week 6 action. Celtics Crossover outscored Grizz Gaming 32-13 in the third quarter and led by as many as 24. Grizz Gaming is now 2-5 in regular season play.
UniversalPhenom (Antonio Saldivar) posted his second double-double of the season and led Grizz Gaming in scoring (24 points) and rebounding (12 rebounds) while shooting 11-of-15 from the field. AuthenticAfrican (Mehyar Ahmed-Hassan) posted 15 points and a Grizz Gaming record 17 assists. AyeTHREAT (Troy Minott II) also added 15 points.
For the second straight week, Grizz Gaming started on a high note, opening the game on a 7-0 run before Celtics Crossover neutralized those efforts and took an 18-17 lead into the second quarter. The Celtics moderately increased their lead to seven (39-32) going into halftime before blowing the game open in the third quarter.
Mel East (Ahmed Kasana) and oFAB (Albano Thomallari) combined for 59 of Celtics Crossover’s 87 points. Mel East finished with 31 points and eight rebounds on 13-of-15 shooting while oFAB dropped 28 points to go with a game-high 19 assists. ARSONAL x (Devon Peek) also scored in double figures (11 points).
