Grizz Gaming improves to 4–0 in the Slam Open

Memphis, Tenn. — Grizz Gaming, the NBA 2K League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, remained undefeated (4-0) in the Slam Open with series wins against Mavs Gaming and 76ers GC.

Grizz Gaming swept its first series of the night 3-0 against Mavs Gaming. LogicStark (Brian Lunsford) came up clutch for Grizz Gaming knocking down the game-winning triple in the first game of the matchup. CP (Harry Friedman) scored all 21 points for Grizz Gaming in a three-point Game 2 victory.

Grizz Gaming won its fourth series of the season to remain unbeaten in the Slam Open against 76ers GC. It was a back-and-forth series with neither team winning consecutive games. Game 2 featured the highest scoring matchup of the early season for Grizz Gaming, with CP scoring a career-high 23 points.
Grizz Gaming will continue its run in the Slam Open with a rematch against both Mavs Gaming and 76ers GC on Tuesday, March 14. The series against Mavs Gaming will start at 5:45 p.m. CT while the 76ers GC matchup will begin at 7:15 p.m. CT.
